Local Npm module "grunt-bower" not found. Is it installed?

Cloned your git repo and ran the grunt-dev.command and for the subject error. Bower is installed and so is grunt-bower both locally and globally

What does this mean?

You can change the "grunt-bower" dependencie to "~0.16.0" at the package.json file, as this commit does:
