Hi Jim,
in your update the score is (correctly) from engine pov. It was (wrongly) from White pov in the original code.

By the way, I see that the ZIP file is big. Are all the files in repository really used? For example, what is the big file g2 in PGN folder?

The new intrinsics code added to the bitboard code adds a bug in king check detection causing illegal moves.
Needs a bug fix sorry.

I will leave it to Roland to create a pull request. I find Github very confusing, so many options.
