Conda env missing for jupyter-book/chromatin_accessibility/quality_control.ipynb

There is no `.yml` file for `jupyter-book/chromatin_accessibility/quality_control.ipynb` and there is no `chromatin_accessibility.yml` either. Is there any env provided in the book we can use there? There are a lot of imports so recreating one is tricky
