Not working

I have a 16gb raspberry pi 5

I tried loading the latest release onto a usb and it gets a blank U-Boot screen and does nothing
If I go a few revisions back into 1.10.x it goes into a pxeboot loop

It looks like these images are built for SDCard only....

Upgrade does not work

I built my image:

I have also a 16GB RPI 5, with SSD and was able to make it work. I put raspbian in a PXE server and booted it. After the environment loaded, I just put the image in the TFTP server and used dd to write it to the SSD. After a reboot I was able to run Talos

look at this post from an another issue .. post I have on an existing issue.. this is 1.11.5 and works perfect on my RPI 5 with 16gb of ram booting from NVME. (FYI my image has the required extensions that let you run longhorn.. you can comment them out from the build workflow. check the readme if you want to add more extensions)

You can clone my repo and just compile your own (the the GHA build workflow uses the free GHA runners) .. or just grab the raw image from the releases.
