Posting to other locations (other than Slack)

Postings go directly to Slack. There are other options for where things could be posted:

• Discord
• Microsoft Teams
• Etc. (ideas welcome as needed)

• Start to reference generalized posting instead of Slack directly
• Re-factor JSON file to allow for further app/posting credentials
