Does not work when bulp is disconected from the power grid

My Bulb does not change to the right color and teprature when i disconect it from the power grid. Logs:

normal startup, when the light bulb is not connected to the power grip

And it does not work because of the last row in the console output.

It is a normal new e14 philips hue light and a new bridge with the newest software version. when i restart the light with my philips hue smart button or via app everything works fine, but as soon as i remove it from the power grid nothing works.

I have tried all different startup options you can choose in the philips hue app, what behaivior they should have when reconedted to the power grid.
