An expanding panel option appears on hover around sidebar

I have ultima.tabs.tabbar.disabled set to true and I use sidebery sidebar for vertical tabs. Despite hiding vertical tabs, this expanding panel option appears on the sidebar. Is there any way to disable this as well?

Yeah that shouldnt be there, grab this updated chrome/theme/ffu-global-positioning.css

Wait I see whats actually going on here. turn off expandonHover in SIdebar Settings. the tabbar hiding settings shouldnt have it on.
