Make the floating url bar not hide itself

I love the new floating url bar feature! Although i would like it even more if the bar didn't auto hide, as i like having quick access to certain features without having to wait a little bit for the bar to show up

Are you talking about the navbar.float or urlbar.float?

Oh sorry for the confusion, i mean the navbar.float

the thing with that is,

if the bar didn't autohide, it would block the header for every website you interact with. I did reduce the transition yesterday so it reveals itself a bit faster, maybe that's a better solution.

ah I see, I don't know if this is possible, but what if you were able to move around the navbar like an application in windows

Just a suggestion though, If its unimplementable then that's understandable

@swoonlu perhaps you can customize the animation speed and delay so that the bar reveals more quickly and stays visible for longer?
There is no "one-size-fits-all" speed configuration for these autohide feature, so going forward it's probably best to have these settings be well-documented in the Wiki so everyone can configure to their liking.

@swoonlu not possible with only CSS unfortunately.

@dreadbalaur yeah, optionally i could tie the delay speed and transition speed to some preset options like "1 to 10". Also need to figure out what I want to do with the wiki in general, I might move it to wiki.js because navigating through this github wiki is not good.
