Hello everyone,
I am a researcher from Iran. I have successfully created and verified an Academic Account using my university email.
I installed SIRIUS 6, but I cannot login. In the "Webservice Connection" section, I see red crosses for:
Login Server (auth0.bright-giant.com)
License Server (https://www.google.com/search?q=gate.bright-giant.com), while the GitHub connection is green.
The error says the server is unavailable or cannot be reached. I have tried changing DNS, but the issue persists. Since GitHub connection is green, it seems specifically related to the authentication servers.
Is this issue likely caused by my local laptop configuration or is it necessary to be physically connected to the University's local network to enable the login, or is this an external connection block?
Is there a way to manually activate the license or use a specific proxy within the app to reach the servers from my region?
I've attached a screenshot of my connection status. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Best regards,
Zeinab Bahari
