Error loading extensions - plugin list down?

Recently, whenever am trying to open EEGLAB the extensions don't load. When accessing the Extension Manager it provides this error:

I believe it is related to the fact that the plugins list is down (/eeglab/plugin_uploader/plugin_list_all.php).

I found a related post from last week that said it would be resolved, and the post has been closed, the plugin list is still down and I'm still having the error.

I have had the same issue in EEGLab 2025.0.0 and 2026.0.0. Is there any news about this topic? I have tried to run on Windows and Linux, using MATLAB R2024a and R2025b.

After doing several tests, this actually seems to be a problem with the current version only. I tried using v.2024.2a and it seems not to have the same issue. I've also confirmed that while the current version breaks in both the recent (2025b) and older (2021a) version of MATLAB, the 2024.2 version of EEGLAB works fine in both.

Just to make sure you see it, try finding an older version of EEGLAB, they seem to work OK.

We're having the same issue with installing plugins. We would install them manually, but we cannot find a current version of picard. Does anyone happen to know where to find it?

Thank you so much for sharing the link, I really appreciate it.
After trying it on my side, I suspect the issue may be related to differences in the MATLAB version. I’m currently using MATLAB 2024b, whereas you mentioned testing it with 2025b and 2021a.
That might explain why I’m still unable to get it working. Thanks again for your help!

I am still having the same issue! None of the older EEGLab versions seem to work and I can't seem to install them manually either.
