Allow authentication using cloud yaml file

As of now to authenticate to openstack we need to use env vars or the openrc file.
Since it is supported by openstack it would be great to allow the authentication using cloud.yaml files, as described [here](https://docs.openstack.org/python-openstackclient/3.12.0/configuration/index.html#configuration-files).
