imortant is mapped to warning and caution is not mapped at all

As mentioned in #68 (comment), the maintainer does not prefer this format. So this bug is kinda intended.

Also:

Wait, fuwari does mention that this theme support GitHub Syntax. Sorry for providing outdated information. Looks like saicaca simply decide to not support custom title for it.
