Make RunMat Desktop (Windows) portable (preferably in the sense/format of PortableApps.com)

Could you please make RunMat Desktop (Windows) portable instead of having to run & install the Windows Installer RunMat_<version>_x64-setup.exe (preferably in the sense/format of PortableApps.com), such that all settings/preferences and user data etc. are stored locally in the folder or parent folder containing the extracted RunMat Desktop binaries? This will help a lot when changing OS or moving machines etc.

And by the way, does the RunMat Desktop contain a GUI/IDE like the browser sandbox https://runmat.com/sandbox ?
