Add ranger R package

Hi there! 

I was wondering if you would be able to add the`ranger` [()](https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/ranger/index.html) R package to the server? 

I continue to get the following error in my shiny app: `Warning: Error in check_installs: This engine requires some package installs: 'ranger' `
