APRS-IS Filter filter not working

I am runnign TX igate. Gate APRS-IS Messages to RF and Gate APRS-IS Objects to RF are turned on. Filter is set to m/15 t/w -b/OM1ATS b/EQ-SK*.

The problem is that wx station with longer distance than m/15 are gated frim IS to RF.

For example HS5TQA-13 in locator OK03FS, KC0QBU-13 in locator EM28PW, G1OCN-WX in locaotr IO80SN.

My locator is JN88pc

let us have a look for your filter set m/15 t/w -b/OM1ATS b/EQ-SK* step by step:

m/15 = Pass positions and objects within dist km from last position of your callsign
t/w = pass all (!) traffic based on packet type, in case of w all weather packets independent where they are
-b/OM1ATS = no packets from OM1ATS, independent of SSID and type and where he is
b/EQ-SK* = all (!) traffic from stations starting with EQ-SK, independent where they are

is this your intended use ?

If you want to limit the range of wx packets gated, use the t/w/your-callsign/15 filter set

The intend is to pass to RF wx stations an objects starting with EQ-SK in range of 15km from i-gate

just to be precise, you want to have

• wx stations in the range of 15km from your igate OR wx stations starting with a specific prefix beeing in 15km from your igate

• only objects starting with a specific prefix beeing 15km from your igate

Regaring the prefix, EQ-SK* is not a valid prefix, right ? EQ is Iran, what is SK and what shall be in between ?

EQ-SK* is wildcard for object, e.g. EQ-SK1647, earthquakes in Slovakia, the object.
The igate should pass to RF WX stations and this objects in a range of 15km from igate.

ok, understood.
As per my knowledge this is not possible. APRS-IS filters are always additive, and there is no filter to limit an specific object to a range.

Best fitting approaches would be:

t/w/yourcall/15 o/EQ-SK*

t/w/yourcall/15 = let the WX stations pass in a radius of 15km around you callsign
o/EQ-SK* = let all objects pass starting with EQ-SK, but independent where they are

OR

t/ow/yourcall/15 -o/object1/object*

t/ow/yourcall/15 = let the WX stations pass and all objects in a radius of 15km around you callsign
-o/object1/object* = will filter out all objects named object1 or object*

Depending of your situation I would recommend to choose wisely which approch is more fitting. To have Earthquake objects (which I assume are dynamically named) out of range in the TX or to adjust the filter to the known static objects in your 15km radius and have the option for the dynamic EQ-SK*.
I think you will not have this much objects in your 15km radius and they will usually not frequently change.
