Java execution error

Hello,
I built and ran this image and tried to execute java command. However I am getting the following error:

java: error while loading shared libraries: libz.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Any ideas how this issue can be fixed?

Same error for me using just pulled 9.0.1 image.

Environment (OS X High Sierra):

» docker -v
Docker version 17.09.0-ce, build afdb6d4

» docker-machine -v
docker-machine version 0.12.2, build 9371605

I am working on it. Thanks for feedback.

I pushed an image toDockerHub. It is based on ubuntu. There is some changes about native packages. It will take a time to change ubuntu with alpine. For now you can use docker pull rayyildiz/java9:latest if you want.
