Observation search results

• Display basic list of first page of results with user, rank, name, common name, date/time, location
• Display inline thumbnail for observation default photo
• Display paginated data table to page through all results
• Selecting a taxon from results should then fetch and display full taxon info (see issue Create models for API response objects #8)
