Bug: Unifying 2 Skills with the same Title not working

Description of feature or bug
Currently when trying to unify 2 skills both with the title A+ into 1 Skill with the title A+` and the same category. It throws an error that the title is already taken. Probably because we check for duplicates before we remove the skills that are getting unified.
