What happened?

The user cannot scroll up in the chat box when the results are getting loaded.

Steps to reproduce

1. Enter any prompt in the chat box
2. Now try to scroll up when the results are getting loaded
3. There you can note that the user cannot scroll and it is trying to move to the bottom when the results are getting loaded
