What are the steps to start using this after moving the file matrix.dylib (renamed from libmatrix.dylib) to ~/.weechat/plugins/.

weechat doesn't look for dylib ext by default, so you'll need to type
/set weechat.plugin.extension ".so,.dll,.dylib"
