MC1–MC9 Ecosystem Summary & Partnership Positioning


Executive Overview

The Advanced Design Certificate is a nine-microcredential program that develops shared-value ecosystem designers capable of orchestrating cultural production, institutional alignment, sponsorship ecosystems, and AI-augmented governance.

MC4–MC6 | Institutional Literacy & System Diagnosis

Focus

Students develop institutional awareness and constraint literacy:

  • Mapping activity systems
  • Identifying contradictions
  • Modeling implementation feasibility
  • Previsualizing installation scenarios
  • Analyzing governance structures

Students learn that value creation operates within institutional boundaries.

Strategyzer Integration

  • Structured use of BMC symmetry (Resources ↔ Activities ↔ Partners)
  • Feasibility/viability/desirability alignment modeling
  • Early shared-value articulation logic
