If a SIGTERM (or other) signal hits tiup, the tiup cluster will not record audit log and debug log.

If tiup panics, it'll also not record audit log and debug log.

Describe the feature you'd like:

Record audit log and debug log even if tiup panics or received a signal.

Why the featue is needed:

Audit log can help us to replay the command.
