No feedback when slow cloning large repositories

When I clone a big repository in iceberg such as pharo, it takes long time to event start loading, and there is no feedback to user.

So I don't know if image is stuck or is actually download it.

It would be good to have any popup just to confirm that is actually working.

Just talked with @guillep

There is actually a progress bar that should be displayed, but somehow it got dissapared temporaly.

The proper fix is to fix the progress bar, since the project it's already using libgit that already gives callback with the current progress.
