Data / Convert "Open Source" column to boolean/checkbox and add a License automation

"Open Source" column contains several redundant values which can determine if the project is open source or not. We need to reduce them to be a boolean/checkbox value.

We only show what we are positive about for the Open Source field.

• Convert field from single select to checkbox / boolean
• Add Automation: If the project has an open source license, set open source to TRUE. If open source license if empty then set to

We cannot determine programatically if the project is NOT open source.
The lack of license doesn't mean that it isn't open source, or at least code is available.
