ROMs promotion to save supporting.

After the commit mamedev/mame@e772c61 I checked the zr107.cpp, gticlub.cpp and nwk-tr.cpp for unsaved items, found no one, and after savemilking test of midnrunj, windheatj, jetwavej, gticlubj, thrilldja and rangjj decided that all three drivers has a full right to carry the SUPPORT_SAVE flag. Who's agree?

I still don't trust it - there could be stuff lurking in Voodoo, PowerPC or elsewhere. I'd rather someone with a better understanding of how things fit together audited stuff.

I found another save state issue in SHARC already: mamedev/mame@5345617

I'm not that hopeful about being able to mark anything using it as supporting save states any time soon.
