Defining the Feature Set for the Community Edition Dashboard

Hey folks,

We want to start documenting what the community would like to see in the Fonoster Dashboard when running in "community" mode. At the moment, we're still deciding which direction to take. This is an open discussion to help us decide things like:

1. Should we run a split/separate module vs. using a feature flag?
2. Which features should definitely be included in the community dashboard?
3. Which features should be left out and not included?
