What about lockmeta attribute

DITA Specification mentions the lockmeta attribute for <topicmeta>, in older versions it was marked as unsupported.
But as far as I can check in DITA-OT, there's no usage of this attribute. Is there any plan to support it?

Lockmeta seems to have been removed from DITA 2.0 draft. It's unlikely support for it will be added at this stage to DIT-OT.
