Request to Add Plugin for Editing Multicast Addresses in OpenSCD

Yes, integrate a feature that displays all Multicast messages (GOOSE and SMV) in a single window, organized in rows with filter options.

Describe the solution you'd like
Enable individual edit of Multicast address and APP IDs.
Provide options for bulk editing of VLAN ID, VLAN Priority, Min Time, and Max Time.
Export the complete table in a .csv file and importing it back for easier modification in OpenSCD.

Requirements
Quick modification of GOOSE and SMV parameters.
Managing the uniqueness for GOOSE and SMV parameters in a project.

This plugin is the "Address Multicast (TP)" based around a Vaadin grid.

This is a one of the more proprietary customised and not generally useful plugins I've built for Transpower (available here).

Here is what it does:

1. It allows searching by any field.

2. When the user selects some messages and clicks "Address":

   a. It applies a heuristic based off the IED name and control block name or SMV ID and traffic type to allocate many other parameters (MAC address, APP ID, MaxTime, MinTime and more) which are based around Transpower's particular naming convention.

   b. It uses the LNodes associated with a particular function associated with a primary bus to associate each IED and then follows a "canned formula" to allocate VLAN IDs for each GOOSE and SMV message.

   c. It stores the VLAN ID allocation as a Private element

3. Clicking "Show used VLAN ID" in the lower left shows what has been allocated.

4. You can also export the table information to CSV (top right) and allocate VLAN ID for other selected traffic (the select all button and filters can be useful for this). This is intended for where the VLAN allocation heuristic is inadequate or for one-off/bespoke design cases.

5. Finally the tick boxes at the top just allow selection of different messages - Protection 1 and 2 buttons select IEDs whose name is odd /even and the bus selection is associated with point 2b.

6. Most of this is not generic enough to implement for users and historically in OpenSCD we've avoided the use of tables because they can be challenging for mobile-responsive platforms (and cellphones).

7. However I think most users might benefit from something like this. Being able to click and edit each cell would be nice but writing the validating rules would be some effort (perhaps we could open a wizard).

8. Multicast addresses can also be edited in the Publisher plugin and the Communication plugin. So I guess what is required depends a bit on the specific use case...

9. I note that Vaadin grid has historically had support for a Material Design based look and feel and that support is likely to be withdrawn in the next release (V25, see here)

Looking at the requirements from @arulrajirudayasamy:

1. Enable individual edit of Multicast address and APP IDs.

   I guess the Communication/Publisher editor can do this.

2. Provide options for bulk editing of VLAN ID, VLAN Priority, Min Time, and Max Time.

   Yip I agree this would be nice. I'm especially thinking that bulk editing with filter fields in each relevant column makes this a lot easier for end-users.

3. Export the complete table in a .csv file and importing it back for easier modification in OpenSCD.

   I don't think we should be doing CSV export and import - if we need to import that speaks to a missing feature.

   Can we describe in more detail what is required -- e.g. sequential numbering of MAC addresses or something similar? The export I've created here was so that information could be used to develop network configuration information (not that I have used it for that).
