Request: Make releases of newer tags..

Hi,
seems latest one is v1.13.1 at https://github.com/oneapi-src/level-zero-spec/releases..

v1.13.1

newer versions are tagged at https://github.com/oneapi-src/level-zero-spec/tags..
latest one is https://github.com/oneapi-src/level-zero-spec/releases/tag/v1.15.31..

I'm requesting to get notified of new spec releases (tags aren't notified)..
