[OKD 4.14] Image Registry Operator not found

Describe the bug
I don't find the image registry operator among the cluster operators installed. Also the openshift-image-registry namespace doesn't exist. Am I missed something during the installation ?

So only "console" and "csi snapshot" features were selected, but not "ImageRegistry".

Hum, I didn't used the right install-config file. I'm angry with myself for acting this way. I'll update this file accordingly and relaunch my installation. Thanks again for pointing me in the right direction. I understand better those statements in this file.
