Problem to install cert-manager operator

Hello,

I'm actually run on okd 4.6.0-0.okd-2020-11-27-200126
I tried to install cert-manager operator version 1.6.1 but it fails after few minutes with an error that show on the console

Failed: install failed: deployment cert-manager-webhook not ready before timeout: deployment "cert-manager-webhook" exceeded its progress deadline

and when tried to dig into the logs of the container cert-manager-webhook i m seeing those errors :

I1228 14:12:01.053699       1 server.go:318] cert-manager/webhook "msg"="Health check failed as CertificateSource is unhealthy"

Any help will be appreciated.
