OKD restart cluster after VM shutdown

Hi,

I have a OKD 4.6 cluster on vSphere.

I had to reboot the VMs but after rebooting it appears that the OKD cluster is not rebooted.

I can't log into the web console and get errors from OKD cli (oc, kubectl).

How can I reboot the cluster instances (3 Master, 6 Worker)?
