Add UBERON:6004561 insect prothoracic tergum (issue #3676)

Adds a new UBERON class for the insect prothoracic tergum (pronotum),
bridging to FBbt:00004561 (pronotum / prothoracic tergum). Parallels
the existing sibling term UBERON:6004580 (insect mesothoracic tergum).
