"Login" text should be replaced with "User Name" on User-> Add a User, Screen

I need a proper way of adding/updating form fields in Tao, Any guidance would be highly appreciated. Thanks

Steps to Reproduce:-
1- Login to TAO backend
2- Click on "Users -> Add a User"
3- On the main screen there is a label "Login" it should be replaced with "User Name"
