What would you like to see added in fMRIPrep?
Hello,
There are many instances where I have multiple runs in a session where some runs have assigned Intendedfors in the fmap directory, and others do not. If I use --force-syn-sdc it will run syn-sdc on top of the PEpolar distortion correction if available, but if IntendedFors are not filled out for that run, then NO distortion correction is applied.
IntendedFors + --force-syn-sdc = topup + syn-sdc
no IntendedFors + --force-syn-sdc = no correction
no IntendedFors + --use-syn-sdc. = syn-sdc correction
I would like an option to use topup if able and syn-sdc if unable. Please let me know if this is possible!
Best,
Kim
