To use scaffold you must have installed the spring boot cli.

Manual Installation

Spring Boot CLI

Download the cli and manually enter it as your OS environment variable.

Installing using SDKMAN

$ sdk install springboot
$ spring --version
Spring Boot v1.5.9.RELEASE
