Error in meshing periodic tessalation

Hi,

I am trying to generate a mesh with periodic tessellation in Neper, but I consistently encounter an error during the 3D meshing step. I also tried the workaround mentioned in an older discussion, which reportedly worked at the time, but it does not resolve the issue for me.

I used the following commands:

neper -T -n 1000 -morpho gg -per 1
neper -M n1000-id1.tess -pl 100
neper -V n1000-id1.tess,n1000-id1.msh -showelt1d all \
      -dataelt1drad 0.0025 -dataelt3dedgerad 0.001 \
      -cameracoo x:5:z -cameraprojection orthographic -print img

I also tested this with an older Neper version (4.5.0), but I observe the same issue. With version 4.5.0, the meshing process stops with the following error:

Info   :   - 1D meshing... 100%
Info   :   - 2D meshing... 100% (0|0.36/100%| 0%| 0%)
Info   :   - Fixing 2D-mesh pinches...
Info   :   - 3D meshing...
Error  : Wrong mesh dimension: -1!
Aborted (core dumped)

I have tried varying the number of grains, as well as using both coarse and fine meshes, but the problem persists in all cases.

Has anyone encountered a similar issue, or does anyone have recommendations on how to resolve this?
