Licensing Overview
------------------
- TRex, including all code outside of `Application/src/commons`, is released under the
  GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 or any later version. See the root `LICENSE`
  file for the complete terms.
- The `Application/src/commons` subtree is maintained as a standalone component under
  the GNU General Public License v3.0. Its dedicated license text lives at
  `Application/src/commons/LICENSE` and must be preserved when
  distributing that component.
- TRex depends on multiple third-party libraries whose licenses are included under
  `licenses/` and other paths referenced in packaging metadata.

Key Obligations Under the GNU AGPL v3
------------------------------------
- Provide complete corresponding source code, including your modifications, to every
  recipient of TRex binaries or installers.
- When offering TRex functionality over a network (for example, as a hosted service),
  ensure remote users can obtain the source code of the version actually running on
  the server, in accordance with section 13 of the GNU AGPL v3.
- Preserve copyright notices, license texts, and the ability for downstream users to
  inspect this NOTICE file.
