meadowphysics reset action only works for own row

tested on ansible module, compared to meadowphysics module

RESET ACTION should allow for gate/trigger on other rows

currently only seems to gate/trigger the row the reset originates on

haven't checked VCV yet

VCV has the same issue ;)

works on MP module, not ansible version
