Problem with 'Get Started' (https://user-guidance.analytical-platform.service.justice.gov.uk/get-started.html)

We have a lot of users report to us that the link to the #ask-operations-engineering leads to no where, either it doesn't open Slack or redirect to Slack in the browser or the tool.
This results in delay for the users to request access to GH and the request comes to the Ops-Eng team via email rather than the preferred channel.
Not sure why it doesn't work for certain users. I tested the link and it opens Slack in the browser and on the Slack tool as well.
Can you add additional information that the channel exists in the MoJ workspace in case that is the reason they cannot see the channel, or steps that will get them to the channel outside of using the URL or some other guidance that will help the user.
The link to the operations-engineering email address is incorrect, returns a 404: https://user-guidance.analytical-platform.service.justice.gov.uk/operations-engineering@digital.justice.gov.uk I think it should be mailto:operations-engineering@digital.justice.gov.uk
