[BUG] "Change Folder" Doesn't Detect ROMs

Bug Description

I click "Change Folder" to import ROMs but when I select the folder that has the ROMs NeoStation just says "Found 0 systems in your ROM folder" and I can't import anything.

Steps to Reproduce

Go to the Library tab
Click "Change Folder"
Select the folder with the ROMs
Message appears saying nothing found

Expected Behavior

It should have detected my ROMs

@Starwind-Amada can you post a picture of the screen that you're talking about? There's no 'change folder' in NeoStation
