Node list only showing current device

Describe the bug

Filters seem to get stuck on only allowing the list to show the current device. I currently have a list of 14 known nodes but they are unable to been seen at all in the full list. Changing the filters in the filter menu doesn't make any changes. It will work properly after a full wipe and reflashing the firmware.

Devices that are difinitely online and connected are not reconnected and showing as online. The home screen shows 1 of 14 nodes online, which isn't true as I'm currently sending messages with this device to and from another Heltec v4 and my base node a Seeed P1 Pro.

The standard UI works as expected showing the full list and currently online nodes as it should.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. It might be caused by clicking the Node icon on the home screen next to "x of x nodes online" since this seems to automatically enable the "Online" filter when switching to the list.
2. After the device has been powered off, it never recovers and reconnected nodes do not come back online.

Expected behavior
With all filters turned off it should show the full list of nodes regardless of connection status and online nodes should show as online.

After some more testing I've figured out that it has to do with clicking the home screen shortcut next to "x of x nodes online" and also the Signal Scanner and Trace Route in the Tools menu. When using either tool and opening the node list to select a test node, it is resetting the filter to show nodes 0 hops away only, while the online shortcut is changing the filter to only show online nodes. These filters gets stuck and picking other options such as <=7 hops won't change the nodes displayed until the device is reset.

Maybe when selecting a node for the tool it should default back to filters that match the current tool.

The main node list should persist the user's set filters like showing offline nodes when accessed via the primary icon. However, using the "x of x nodes online" shortcut from the home page should temporarily override this to show only online nodes, without permanently changing the user's saved filter settings. The Tools node list should also be temporary.

When opening the list from Signal Scanner it would make sense to show only nodes within 0 hops. Maybe showing offline nodes would be a good idea since it can take anywhere from 1 minute to a couple hours for the device to determine if the remote node is actually active or not. This also seems to be an issue with MUI as BaseUI is much faster at getting remote device statuses.

When opening the list from Trace Route it should show nodes within the devices set max hops or just default to the max <=7.

You can long press the node icon on the Home Screen to reset all filters.
