Added

  • AGPL-3.0-or-later LICENSE, NOTICE, SECURITY.md, CONTRIBUTING.md, CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md, GitHub issue templates, and PR template.
  • License metadata, classifiers, keywords, and project URLs in pyproject.toml.

Fixed

  • Broken README link to the host-integration doc; now points to docs/integrations/any-agent.md.

Changed

  • Relicensed the project to the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 or later (AGPL-3.0-or-later) — network-copyleft: operators of a modified Mantis offered over a network must provide the corresponding source to its users. LICENSE, NOTICE, pyproject.toml, CONTRIBUTING.md, and the README badge updated to match.
