Blank thumbnails or first-frame thumbnails don't look good

Describe the issue
All my playlist thumbnails are just blank black image, and no way to change. Also, since a lot of videos have a back first frame, that's all you see when you click on that video and before it starts playing. It should instead show the thumbnail image (custom set, or set by time in the settings) so it doesn't look like that first black frame (see how youtube does it). But for playlists, there is no way to change it so all my playlists just like like black images.

Actually I think this is a bug of some sort. Look at the way the word wraps for full playlist on that image, and also those playlists have several videos in it and it shows 0 there. So something is wrong.

ok i see the issue now, this happens with unlisted videos. it would be nice if unlisted videos could show up properly in the playlists grid if the user logged in is allowed to see it. and also the text under the playlists could use some better styling.

In my version, I removed some of the entries, and it looked more organized.
