What type of issue is this?
Infrastructure issue
What is the issue?
Noticed in #29414:
See: https://github.com/mdn/browser-compat-data/actions/runs/24072300009/job/70211989285?pr=29414#step:8:370
What behavior were you expecting?
Tricky, but notes that refer to an upstream version for which no corresponding version exists, should be ignored. (Usually, this shouldn't happen very often, especially for Opera, where we track a beta and nightly release.)
What version(s) of BCD is the issue present in?
mainbranchDo you have anything more you want to share?
