Refactor: split TUI event handling into events.rs and modularized views under tui/views/ for maintainability.
Docs: added inline doc comments for exported TUI functions and helpers.
Tests: added unit tests for TUI search/filter helpers and git smoke tests now hard-reset temp repos and pin core.autocrlf/core.safecrlf to avoid CRLF churn.
