[Request]: Playlist from Listenbrainz support

Description

I discovered in Spotube some playlists generated by ListenBrainz that harnesses the power of collecting those listenbrainz listens :

There is notably the ListenBrainz radio https://listenbrainz.org/explore/lb-radio/ where it would be nice to have the stats:@username playlists available directly from jellyfin.

Technically theses playlists can be exported as JSPF (JSPF is JSON XSPF) https://www.xspf.org/jspf

Syncing a playlist with random songs from the explore playlists does not make much sense - in most cases, there would be 1-2 tracks at most (depending on your music library) as for Jellyfin playlists, the tracks must exist in the database.

As for the personal radio playlist, it should be already doable once #74 is done. Just save the playlist to your profile and then it should get synced with the scheduled task - no need to export it. A monthly task which would do this automatically would be a nice improvement though.
