[fmc130m] Top .ucf .xdc files for FMC130M are misleading

Problem: .ucf and .xdc constraints files using the FMC130 board have ADC channel 0 defined from 0 to 15, but ADc channels 1, 2 and 3 defined from 15 to 0.

Solution: Change the order of ADC channels 1, 2 and 3 to define adc pins from 0 to 15
