Ledger does not update

Hi,

I have noticed some strange behavior with my ledger page. I still get weekly mails about donations and the sums, but when looking at the ledger, the latest date I have received anything is February 17, 2026. This cannot be correct, but I have no idea why the ledger does not update. I also haven't received anything to my connected Stripe account (their support says everything should work normally).

Any ideas how I can solve this error? My usernme is the same as here. Thank you.

Hello,

The weekly income email isn't a summary of payments received during the week. Since donations can be funded for years in advance, it's possible to receive the weekly income email even when there haven't been any new payments in a long time.

As to why you stopped receiving new payments on February 18, it's a side effect of #2711. Payments through the KeepassXC team have been going only to droidmonkey since then, instead of mostly to you before. The algorithm is trying to eliminate the imbalance that his Nominal Take is higher than yours but his Advance is lower. Unless something changes, this rebalancing will take a while, so you might want to increase your take or ask droidmonkey to lower his.
