Just installed and cant get it started

I'm not really a native Linux user so chasing rabbit holes in it isn't my forte; I installed a fresh copy of Ubuntu in WSL, installed latest Plasma, and now lamco rdp server, but getting an error:

log.txt

Any ideas?
